We are located on a privately owned street having the “Pleasure Point” distinction, by the beautiful Monterey Bay in Northern California.

Conveniently close to great eating, playing and exploring, Pleasure Point is located a mile and a half west of Capitola Village, yet close to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and many other popular attractions.

Take in the sights along the scenic ocean down the street at the East Cliff pathway: surfers, para-sailors, tide pools, beaches, walk along the beach to Capitola Village at negative tide. Tide books are usually free at local surf shops or look online with the WWW Tide and Current Predictor.

Rather just relax? This is the perfect place to do this, too. Breathe in the clean ocean air and take in the stress-free ambience.

	Fun kitchen - Enjoy a vintage Wedgewood stove, mini espresso machine, microwave oven, and fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, tropical/beach decor patio dinnerware, and glasses for outdoor BBQing and fun.
	Comfort Sleeping for up to 10 - Master Bedroom pampers you with a California King bed, and its own TV. Bedroom #2 - features a cute kid's canopy boat-bed, and a day bed. Living Room has a full size sofa bed. The bathroom holds a vintage clawfoot tub for showering or just a relaxing bath. A quaint garden cottage sleeps two. A garden half bathroom offer extra convenience for those enjoying the garden room.
	Pleasure for the senses - Warm outdoor shower, for rinsing off the sand after the beach, several courtyard areas provide sun, shade, and al fresco dinning.

	Great Location - A block to "The Point" and Pleasure Point Beaches famous for great surfing, clamming, shell gathering and water sports. 	Sneak a peek of the ocean and happenings - Take a few steps from the front courtyard onto the quiet neighborhood street to sneak a peek of the ocean, The Point, surfers, locals, vacationers and more. The end of the street is a meeting place at the ocean for surf competitions, runners of the annual Wharf to Wharf race, or fun, vintage Woodies and other vintage vehicles cruising along East Cliff Drive.
