Failure to comply with all policies will result in forfeiture of deposit. Guests will be asked to vacate the premise immediately.

Check-in time is 3 pm, the day of arrival.
Check-out time is at 11 am, the day of departure.

Guests are required to treat the Capitola Cottages with loving care, leaving it clean and ready for the next guests as it was for them. Instructions for cleaning and departure information are found in the cottage. There is NO Maid service when renting conventionally.

Discriminating guests can choose our GUEST SERVICES to include a final clean-up, furniture placement and restocking for an extra fee. 

The Capitola Cottages are in a  NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NOISE LIMITED ZONE!

Sorry, No Smoking or Pets Allowed. If traveling with your pet, when booking let us know so that we may assist you with appropriate pet care.  Very close by are a wide range of excellent options.

The Capitola Cottages is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.  In respect to our great neighbors, we expect our guests to keep the noise level appropriate with the surroundings.

NO REFUNDS - Reschedule dates may be allowed. Renters are encouraged to purchase Lodging Insurance for protection such as with InsureMyTrip.com.
